Ann Bernaerts
Responsibilities:
Front Office, HR, Management (since 1998)

Ann BernaertsAnn is driven by her passion for providing service.

She took up Language Secretarial Studies at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool. In recent years she has undertaken further studies in management, HR and recruitment & selection. You can turn to her for e.g. sales support, customer services and general secretarial work.

Tom Ceusters
Responsibilities:
Front Office, Marketing, Quality, New Services (since 2008)

Tom CeustersEarlier professional experience makes Tom very client focussed. Hence his dedication to our (new) services: from concept to realisation, implementation and evaluation.
Tom is thoroughly familiar with the MS Office Suite. He is the man to turn to for support with Word, Excel and Access. He is also your contact for all questions concerning mobility and accessability.

Julie Goossens
Responsibilities:
Front Office, Accounting, HR (since 1994)

Julie GoossensJulie is responsible for personnel administration, work and residence permits and social legislation for our customers.
She also looks after creditor and debtor management and follow-up. Daily bookkeeping functions, such as drawing up expense notes, are also part of her job.Spreadsheets and pivottables have no secrets for her.

She helps a number of customers with specific projects, such as sales support and reverse logistics.

Hans Meert
Responsibilities:
Facility Management

Hans MeertHans takes care of the general maintenance of the offices. The decoration of our office spaces during festivities is also part of his responsibilities.

Jan Opschoor
Responsibilities:
Consultant

Jan OpschoorJan Opschoor is a management consultant with international experience in general management, marketing management, organisation, communication and policy development. Originally an IT specialist, trained in management in the worldwide organisation of IBM, he broadened his knowledge with studies at various universities in Corporate Marketing Strategies en Sales Skills.

Besides his involvement in ABC, Jan is also active as a Management Consultant and Interim Manager in the southern Netherlands.

Eric Wyckmans
Responsibilities:
IT (since 2002)

Eric WyckmansEric is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. Together with CTRL Crew, he supports the ABC team and their customers so that they can focus on their core activities.
Although he studied economics, he has been fascinated by computers since his youth. After he finished his studies he continued to indulge in his passion in his free time and ended up making a career of it.
He is driven by the search for solutions which enable others to function more efficiently. The ultimate drive for him is the ceaseless development of the technology, which means there is always something new to learn and ways to work out new solutions for and with people.
